Movement of Time

This piece was created first in water color and then finalized in oil on canvas, incorporating deep saturated color with strong movement. This was difficult to produce in water color, but a complete success in oil. I pushed the paint to move the way I intended it to flow. At the time of creating this piece I was dealing with some personal pain in my life. I feel that these feelings came out in my work, celebrating clarity and release. This piece reflects a sensual and feministic flow of curves that move the eye with a continual flow of rhythm.
